57 yo male retired military veteran who served in the Army
Increasing chronic neck pain
Right shoulder and arm radiculopathy
Weakness on exam in right deltoid and biceps
No left arm symptoms at all

Disc herniations at both C4-5 and C5-6

Axial through C4-5 showing right central disc herniation causing central and mainly right sided foraminal stenosis
